Can I exercise before a fasting blood test?

I have the test about 4pm and I want to workout at 5am. Is that enough time between the workout and test?

Absolutely! There is no reason why you can not work out. Just make sure you don't eat or drink anything besides water for 12 hours prior.

the idea is to get a fasting form that represents what you would have on maximum days. in case you do not many times workout contained in the evenings like that, then pass it for that one. do exactly what you would many times do, and eat what you many times eat. replacing your food plan without note formerly the try will effect it too. *sigh* i have been correcting Mr Peachy in this aspect for more desirable than a 365 days now. Prediabetes begins at one hundred. you're astounding, your fasting form might want to ideally be lower than one hundred. one hundred-one hundred and ten is larger than you like it to be. Mr Peachy: A misspelling that has left the unique meaning clean is a a lot less extreme than giving someone undesirable heath suggestion at the same time as it is composed of blood sugar fasting levels. and that i delight in choosing on you. BTW, i did not thumb you down.

You'll want to make sure you can eat something after you workout to replenish yourself.

Sounds like you'd have plenty of time though!
