What kind of questions should I expect for a gsa interview at Target.?
I applied for a promotion at target and found out that they will be doing the interviews either this monday or next monday. I was hoping someone knows what kind of questions they will ask me so I can be prepared. For anybody who doesn't know the gsa is in charge of the front lanes making sure the cashiers get their breaks, get change, and handle any guest problems that arise.

Most important thing is you have to show enthusiasm with a "can do" attitude. A good interviewer will ask you
What is the GSA's job function?
How you are going to get the job done?
How do you handle guest issue or complaints?
What do you think you can improve the current GSA function?
How do you handle employee break schedule?
Before the interview is over, you must let the person know you are the BEST QUALIFIED person for the job and just be yourself, everything will be fine. Good luck.
