97 ranger heat / fan switch problems?

Heat control doesn't control anything . constant hot. Can hear a little motor when turning temperature selector back and forth.

Fan only has a high speed. Is it a regulator? If so where is it located at?

Update:

What about the temperature switch not working?

The blower motor resistor is bad. Located next to the blower motor.

There should be a relay switch behind your fan control. Or you can try to tap lightly on the blower motor [ under the hood on firewall]
