.....................only if this forgiveness is not in words but felt deep inside...........
Holding malice is destroying us, it is as if it is US who give someone a weapon to fight against us.
Genuine forgiveness , lights up our heart and mind, thus leading us to joy.

Forgiveness is a sort of back door to happiness. It means that you have already judged someone. At this point the damage has been done and the best that you can do is to forgive the mistake that you have already made by judging them.
True Happiness happens whenever we are not judging anything.
Any time that you are not judging you are happy.
The moment that you start judging, you find something to be unhappy about.
It really is that simple.

properly, the only element you could administration in existence are you're very own reaction to issues. which could make a great difference in the style you sense. the mindset you're taking. Having greater money, or something the international promises, does not continually advise happiness. some people who're very useful in accordance to the international nonetheless finally end up commiting suicide.

When we forgive we let go of something. This something is obstructing good from entering our lives as long as we hold onto it. That is why we feel good after having forgiven ourselves or someone else; we remove the blockage and let positive energy flow to us.

forgiveness is narrowed to a particular condition that is unforgiving.
unforgiving is a crave with anger.
forgiveness is a sense of letting-go.
abandoning crave is a path to happiness.
Forgiveness is particular and has particular condition.
Thus, abandoning crave is rather more general.

If you can forgive everything, you would hate nothing. If you hate nothing, you either love, or don't care about everything else. Since you'd ignore everything you don't care about, all you will have are things you love. I think life would be happy yes indeed.

I believe it is!...because when you forgive your letting something go, your not holding a grudge against someone and keeping that angry feeling inside. You can move forward with your life :)

It's a start, but what really does the trick is acceptance. Acceptance of people for who they are, thereby letting them live their own lives. Accept someone, and you have a friend.

I agree with that fully,if we don't forgive and forget
we tend to become bitter and that bitterness starts
to control our thoughts
