Does anyone know how I can volunteer abroad in a Spanish speaking country?

I have always wanted to help build homes, paint, renovate, re-build, etc. homes or dwellings in a Spanish speaking country. Also, I want to use my Spanish speaking skills I have acquired over the past 7 years. I have looked into the Global Volunteer Network and it seems promising. But, I would like to know what else there is out there.

    Probably the best way to do this is to connect through a local church that runs mission trips to Latin America. You may have to pay for travel but it's a good experience overall.
