Where do I get 3.5" PVC pipe?
That's inside diameter. It has a 4" outside diameter. (3.5" pipe).
I also need a piece with a 2.5" inside diameter, and a 2.875" outside diameter. (2.5" pipe).
Both pieces need to be 36" long.
These aren't normal sizes.... But I found a chart online that lists them and the specs. I assume they're manufactured but I don't know where to find them.

3 to 4 foot sections are shippable. Try calling a pipe supplier and seeing if they will ship you what you require.

You might have to go through a plumbing supplier as a go between.
