Leap year question...........?
I was trying to explain to my friend that even if a person is born on a leap year that they'd probably still get charged as an adult even if they were techincally only the age of a school age child they still have lived long enough to know right from wrong. Yet, she says that if you are born a leap year the law will go on your age. Does anyone know how this is handled?
Okay, so that proves my point. It doesn't matter wheter you are techincally four when it comes to your birthday coming around but if you been living for eighteen traditional years you'd have to know right from wrong enough to not get in trouble with the law for the most part.

this makes no sense LOL even if you are born on a leap year, you still age the same. Every year you turn another year older. Most people just celebrate the day before but it's still been a whole year either way.
My son was almost a leap year baby. He was due on Feb 29th 2000 but he came on Feb 23 2000 6 days early. Even if he had been born on the 29th he would still be 10 today. It still would have been 10 years since he was born.

A leap 3 hundred and sixty 5 days would not take place each 3 hundred and sixty 5 days, a leap 3 hundred and sixty 5 days happens as quickly as each 4 years. the assumption of a leap 3 hundred and sixty 5 days is to get closer the calendar, because of fact an afternoon isn't precisely 24 hours, an afternoon is 24 hours and 2 minutes (or something close to to that)

People know that when your a leap year child even though your birthdate wont be coming around for a few more years your still a year older every year. Thats why leap year people also still celebrate their birthday every year.

They will be considered an adult after they have been alive 18 revolutions of the earth around the sun, just like everybody else.
