Help with pulled groin muscles?

I am sitting at my desk trying to work in agony. I think I pulled muscles on both sides while on the elliptical stepper. I have lidacaine patches on and have taken two ibuprofren. I don't know what else to do!! Any suggestions. I hate to take more ibuprofren because it messes up my stomach.

    Alternate, hot and cold. Like deep heat and a cold gel. I have a puled muscle in my neck and this was what the doctor suggested I do.

    i would put some ice on it and definitely stretch your legs. stretching before and after working out or doing any exercise prevents pulling muscles. but just put ice on it and stretch and you should be fine in about 1-2 hours
