Lust - Hidiki from Chobits (wats to have sex with computers = that desperate)

Gluttony - Choji from Naruto (can't stop eating)

Greed - Black*star from Soul Eater (wants to be the best, have everything, etc.)

Sloth - Zoro from One Piece (always sleeping)

Wrath - Hell Girl/Enma Ai from Jigoku Shojo (taking revenge)

I know that Miyaka from Fushigi Yuugi is a good example of gluttony. she likes to eat. so is sailor moon.
