First thing you have to do...

You either stay friends and try to stop loving him,

Or tell him your feelings andmaybe become lovers or it could destroy the friendship.

Ask yourself; which is more important to you?

Maybe, to ease your pain, tell him you have strong feelings for him, but make it clear you just want him to know... and nothing has to change. If he never falls for you, it's time to stop loving him.

It's always good to be close friends first when you start a relationship, so this could be perfect.

But if you know he is never going to love you back, then you need to stop loving him, or it's just going to get worse.

I went through the same ordeal. It was to the point where I had met someone else, she ended up breaking up with her boyfriend, then hinting that she wanted me to ask her out. So I did, she said yes! I'd love to! 1 week went by, then she said she just wanted to be friends. Now we don't talk and I hope the worst for her, because she totally messed up a lot that I had going in my life at the time.

My bestfriend has now been my girlfriend for 1 and a half years. Those feelings are nomal. When in doubt do it!!! If you don't you might regret it. (that's a general tip righ there)

thats really sweet. i think you should wait and try to get signs to see if he likes you back, like if he does simple things like buys you something simple like coffee, that could be a sign, or if he looks at you more than most people you talk to do. compare it with others. and look for other signs like if he hugs you ever or if he calls you just to chat. but if he calls you to talk about a problem he has, he probably doesnt like you back. i really hope this all works out for you!!

that's the best type of dude for a chic to date..a best friend..simply because you know him real well, he knows you real well, and you know you get along. tell him how you feel and if he says he don't feel that way then it's prolly not meant to be..that's what happened to me..what i said to my gf and now we've been together for six months..our monthaverssary is november 26!! : ) wish me luck cuz we're goin really smooth so far..

Just a word of cation if you do date him you will not have anyone to talk about your relationship problems to. I wouldnot recoment dating him but it's your choice.

well i think you should sit down with him and talk about where you would both like to go with your futures. include: friends, family, work, and relationships....

let him go first, so that you dont say something that scares him form saying wat he really wants
