If you don't have a girlfriend it's probably okay. But if you have one, I would be more cautious about it. If you really want to, ask your girlfriend if she minds. She'll probably tell you the truth.

I call my best friend love. And I have a boyfriend. And my boyfriend totally understands.

i think it would be fine if you were a girl talking to a guy, but its the other way around so i would hold my masculinity and not risk an argument with your lady lol
