Why do my computer turn off every 30 mins i have no virsuses etc. its a new computer.?

I believe your computer's fan has a problem. Or maybe you take your knee or your leg to accidently hit the power button.

Check regedit

Run regedit

Locate the following key

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE ->SOFTWARE -> Microsoft -> Windows -> CurrentVersion -> Run

Click on run

Did this happen when your computer was not doing anything? if so, go to control panel, and power settings, and you should be able to figure it out from there :P
