pain between shoulder blades?
i sleep on my back and i was wondering if i stopped using a pillow if the pain would go away. i think it's because of how i sleep as i don't do anything else that might cause this pain.

Hello,
There two reasons why you would have a pain between your shoulders
1. Misaligned vertebrae in your thoracic spine
2. Strain of your rhomboid major and minor muscles
Call your local D.C. who has PT modalities in the office and CMT. He/She will be able to take care if this problem in a few visits.

I wish I had this 2 years ago when I damaged my rotator cuff while showing off. This is very detailed and really gives you the techniques you need to sort out your own shoulder issues and a lot more info such as preventing further injuries. If you have a shoulder keeping you awake at night you'll know it's no laughing matter.
