Frustrated about injured tricep...?
Okay in March while I was pole vaulting I pulled a muscle(tricep). The whole season it didn't get better because I continued to pole vault. So the last month I haven't worked out or done anything to my tricep. By then I thought it was fully healed since there was no pain for such a long time period. Then just recently I started working out again and the pains back. At first I thought it was me just being sore, but my tricep is messed up again. What do you guys suggest I sohuld do about it besides icing it. It's starting to become very irritating. Thankyou!

Massage it with Ben Gay. If that doesn't help, I recommend you see a medical specialist for your condition and have them perform a diagnostic test. That way, you can find out the nature & extent of the problem and a treatment plan can be formed.
Good luck
