Insulin to carb ratio can vary widely from person to person. There's no way anyone here can tell you how much to take. You need to speak with your endo or a diabetes educator to find out what your ratio should be.

I'm afraid, mate, that no-one could possibly answer that question without knowing what your insulin to carb ratio is. It's something that would be different for different people.
