Would this bother you?

I'm not sure how many of you believe in zodiac signs or whatnot, but I do.

My due date is 9/26. This would make the baby a libra, just like me (which I think is awesome, since our first is an Aries like her dad). However, since I'm having a scheduled c-section, the doctor suggested having the baby delivered September 20th. This, unless I'm mistaken, would make the baby a Virgo instead. For some reason, this bothers me. I just feel like this baby is supposed to be a Libra (and I don't *think* I feel this way because I'm a libra, although I suppose that could be it subconsiously). Now since my doctor does scheduled c-sections on mondays and fridays, and the 20th is a monday, I can probably ask him to do it the following friday (the 24th).

So, would it bother you if you knew your due-date was during one zodiac, and they wanted to deliver during a different one?

Would it bother you enough to postpone the delivery a few days?

Update:

I truly don't think that it would impact the baby's health at all; if I did, this wouldn't even be a question. I intend to talk to my doctor more, but I don't think he would even have mentioned the possiblity of other dates had he thought it would be an issue.

No, when I was that far along I was happy to get it over with. People are who they are. No matter what the baby's zodiac sign is it is still your baby. Congrats!

I would do what was best for my health and the health of the baby. No one can really tell you 100% when your due date is. Babies are not exactly born a specific number of days after conception. So, who's to say he isn't supposed to be Virgo? You are probably thinking you want a Libra since it will give you something in common with the baby, like your other and her dad. I was induced with my youngest, and I just wanted him to be healthy. My daughter is a Gemini, and she could never have been anything else! Even when the calendar (like this year) has Gemini starting the day after her birthday, she was born so early in the morning that she is still a Gemini by the charts and times. Even if I don't believe it that much, there is no denying it sometimes. She is freakily a Gemini!

It might bother me especially since certain signs have strong traits. I also believe your baby will be whatever is fated. If you schedule it for the following Friday and it needs to come early it was meant to be. If not then have your Libra. I was so upset when my son was born on a Wednesday because of the old poem about children born on different days of the week. Wednesday child is full of woe but my son is not so maybe it doesn't matter. Make the appointment for Friday and cross your fingers the baby waits.

If it risked the baby's life or health then no way.

Sorry but no it wouldn't bother me.

And personally I would rather my little one be here earlier then later.

But if its what you want it never hurts to ask.

    Good Luck

No, astrology is pseudo-science and nonsense.
