Gotta lose 4 inches in 2 weeks... help!?
Okay, i've been exercising like CRAZY to fit into a smaller dress for my brothers wedding. his wedding is july 31st. I got the dress yesterday, and i fit into it... except i can't zip it up all the way. Besides exercising, i need like one of those celebrity diets so the weight will just shed off in 2 weeks. I don't want to kill myself by not eating... so i'm wondering what would work that would help me just shed the weight. Lemon water and what to eat? I want to limit it down to the same thing... i could just do a liquid diet as well as exercising... i just need to fit into this dress... and just exercising isn't working... time is running out. HELP!

Well, it wont be easy-- but I think your best bet would be a cleanse diet-- it detoxes your body and flushes out all the unwanted stuff in a short period of time... so combined with your current exercise:
Step 1: Stop drinking EVERYTHING except for water. To calculate how much water you should be drinking take your weight in pounds, and divide it in half (ex. 150 lbs/2=75). That's the number of ounces of water you should drink per day. The is the MINIMUM amount, more is better.
Step 2: Stop eating all processed foods. Pure and simple, eat only fresh products, i.e. fruits and veggies, and lean meats. Some people go to the extreme to actually do a raw diet, which is just fruits and veggies, nothing cooked-- I'm not into that, but I recommend only fruits and veggies, and a small amount of meats to get the protein and iron and things you need to stay healthy.
Step 3: Figure out HOW MUCH you should be eating. Use the following equation for daily calorie intake:
BMR
Women: BMR = 655 + ( 4.35 x weight in pounds ) + ( 4.7 x height in inches ) - ( 4.7 x age in years )
Men: BMR = 66 + ( 6.23 x weight in pounds ) + ( 12.7 x height in inches ) - ( 6.8 x age in year )
Harris Benedict Equation
1. Sedentary (little or no exercise) : BMR x 1.2
2. Lightly active (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/week) : BMR x 1.375
3. Moderately active (moderate exercise 3-5 days/week) : BMR x 1.55
4. Very active (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days a week) BMR x 1.725
5. Extra active (very hard exercise/sports & physical job or 2x training) : BMR x 1.9
This tells you how much to eat-- again, fill these calories with fresh fruits, vegetables, and lean meats such as chicken and fish.
Lemon and cucumber mixed with water are both supposed to help shed pounds and aid digestion.

You will be hard pushed to lose 4 inches in two weeks. Not in a healthy manner anyway. There is no such thing as a "quick" diet. All the celebrity diets are fads. What they dont tell you is the celebs do 3-4 hrs in the gym every day. THATs how they look how they do.
I would accept defeat and get a bigger dress.

run long slow distances for your exercise 4-6 days a week. Swim long distances ~1000-1500 meters / day every day if you can manage to. Do circuit training 4-6 days a week. Every day you're not running, take a long walk. Reduce your calorie intake as much as you can while still taking in protein from things such as tuna and chicken. Try to shoot for a daily calorie intake of 1200-1800 calories depending on your current weight. 2-3 days before the wedding, cut your sodium intake down as low as you can to avoid retaining water-weight.

4 inches in 2 weeks ... extremely tough, it can be done though, if you have a lot of fat on you. If you don't, just a "little" you might be able to lose Only 2 inches.

you should consume extra. ravenous your self wont do you stable it's going to make you weaker. breakfast sounds large yet for lunch why dont you consume something like fish. Fish isn't fattening and it will supply you with stable protein. Then for dinner consume something small like soup. in case you workout i propose you to run some miles and positioned on a jacket or hoodie something to make you sweat extra. Then while your at abode attempt bounce roping bounce rope helps alot. however the superb cardio identity say is possibly swming laps dont relax basically swim laps. do exactly this popular and you should shed some pounds interior days.

Baggy clothes hide one's body and encourage lounging around. So no matter if you're relaxing at home, wear fitted clothes to hold you on track.

Include at minimum 10 to 15 grams of protein, which suppresses ghrelin, any hormone that stimulates your hunger. Include eggs, which are which may control hunger.
