I can hear my cat breathing. Is that normal?

I can hear my cat breathe. Is this normal? He's a large cat (13 lbs... not fat, just really big and long). Everything he does is loud. He purrs reeeeally loud, he meows... very vocal. But when he's just chilling I can hear him breathing- like air going up his nose. This has been happening for at least two years (he's three now). He doesn't have a cold cause his nose doesn't run and his eyes don't water. Thoughts?

Cats don't smother infants, or suck their breath out, or every other ridiculous factor you have heard from BACKWARD folks who consider they understand the whole lot. If some thing, Kitty will probably be a little intimidated by means of Baby. And such a lot cats are plenty extra sufferer with toddlers and infants than they could be with adults. Your cat in most cases does not have toxoplasmosis if she's not ever eaten are living prey. And you will have to understand you'll additionally get toxoplasmosis from dealing with soil, comparable to in gardening or weeding. To be at the risk-free aspect, gardening and litterbox-cleansing come to be anybody else's process for the period of your being pregnant. Don't do away with your cat beause of a few unfounded historical other halves' story.
