Decreased Fetal Movement by Position?
I am almost 29 weeks pregnant, the past week or so my little girl has been moving alot less. So yesterday I called the Dr and they had me go to the hospital to be checked. Her heart rate was fine, and had an ultrasound to check the fluids to make sure she was ok. They said she is great, and that she was moving on the ultrasound, but I couldn't feel the movements we were seeing. Is that normal?
She was breech and is now head down, would that be the reason I don't feel her nearly as much as I used to? They said she is ok, but she used to be ALOT more active than she is now.
Thank you for your replies :-)

Im 29 weeks also and my little guy is head down but i feel him move all the time. I usually feel him kicking me in the ribs. Im not sure why you wouldnt feel her as much. It could just be that she is moving more when youre standing up, busy, or sleeping so you dont notice it as much. But if the ultrasound looked good then im sure everything is fine.
When my son first started moving he would move a lot more some days than others and the days he wasnt very active I would get worried and push on my belly to get him to move. He'd start kicking really hard and it would put me at ease because i knew he was still ok in there. :)
Good luck and congrats on your baby girl!
