Can the IPCC now be disbanded....?

Since it has now been determined with 100% certainty that climate change is 100% man-made due to increased atmospheric concentrations of CO2, can the IPCC now cease to exist and money saved spent on some other body charged with rectifying the situation?

in case you prefer to talk approximately issues that are fallacious, biased, cheating . ICSC and from the menu on their internet site the ICECAP & SPPI are each and all the Heartland institute there is likewise a link interior the menu to "long island statement" an experience organised by ability of, you guessed it the Heartland institute. As a team establishing the denier dis-coaching they are not even that sturdy at what they do. they're additionally in charge for the phony petition. particularly some the meant data against AGW seem to circulate back to a minimum of one source. this will additionally incorporate the present spreading of APS article by ability of the journalist Mocketon lower back first pushed by ability of SPPI.

Sounds like a good idea however how was it determined with 100% certainty that climate change is 100% man-made due to increased atmospheric concentrations of CO2 or is this a bit of sarcasm...:)

Your penetrating wit overwhelms me. However, taking your question at face value:

What regional changes can we expect? In temperature, seasonal fluctuations, and the amount and timing of rainfall? What are the probable consequences of different proposed remedial actions? These remain urgent questions on which governments continue to need advice.

And who exactly is the other body that you are planning to set up, and how would you go about doing this?

The UN is composed of mostly anti-American interests. If it were up to me, I would disband it and send half of those diplomats home. It would be useful to have a coalition of free (or relatively free) and friendly countries. I think the UN does more harm than good and accomplishes almost nothing except wasting money and time. It is time for good intentions to no longer be enough. It is time for results and action not delay.

No one has ever said that climate change is 100% man made, we just know a significant proportion is. And no, the IPCC still has a very important job to do in synthesizing the huge body of climate research into information for the general public and governments. Believe it or not, lots of research has been done since 2007, and lots has been learnt, so there is plenty more for the IPCC to report.

Why? then you take away the certainty. I wonder If there's been a study done on the number of climatologist and temperature rise...

Your question is of course hypothetical. In reality the IPCC is not being disbanded and in fact last month selected the 831 authors for the next assessment which is due in September 2014.

No. Although we know humans are driving global warming, there is still a lot we don't know. In fact the IPCC has said for its next report it will shift its focus more to the impacts of climate change and how we should go about reducing our greenhouse gas emissions. I think this was an excellent decision which will maximize the usefulness of the next IPCC report.

Absolutely. Anything else would be a waste of money.

Although, if we keep a bunch of socialist morons occupied chasing their tails, they won't be busy screwing things up elsewhere.
