We bought an Apple MacBook Pro laptop to replace our PC?
I'm not much of a computer person, but I've learned quite a bit in the 6 months we've used the Apple.
Now, I have a question. When I'm on the internet and I type an address in the address bar, hit Enter, while it is processing I see the word "loading" on the right side of the address bar. Sometimes after it transmits, the word "loading" is replaced by the initials RSS.
What does that mean? Is it something to worry about, or something I need to do that I am not doing?
I hope somebody knows - I sure don't.

From what I can gather it's sort of like a personalized news feed of sorts :)
Hope that helps!
Browse around on the Apple site, you're sure to find something!

Nothing to worry about. RSS is just the website's content feed. It's there on all Mac's Safari browsers.

Wikipedia will give as much information as you want, but it stands for really simple syndication. Which basically means that the website is updated regularly generally used for blogs

For all practical purpose it's part two of Loading.
You don't have to worry about problems with your Apple when it comes to viruses, if that's what you're worried about. They pretty much can't become infected themselves.
