What is worse for the society;

Federal Government upset against at AZ for enforcing Federal Laws, or Federal Gov, ignoring CA push to legalize marijuana?

Update:

They are both Federally illegal.

It is illegal to be in this country with out the proper documentation Passport/ Visa etc..

It is illegal to posse, to sell, to smoke marijuana

Both federally against the law.

This country was not built by illegals. But, rather it was built by others who came here legally.

    The people who smoke marijuana will still smoke it whether or not it's legal, so maybe we should put the scumbags who sell it out of business and legalize the weed, then the government can tax it. Why make scumbags rich?

    AZ's new immigration law is not needed. All that needs to be done is to start throwing the employers that hire illegals in jail. It's against the law to hire illegals, but that law is hardly ever enforced, and when it is, they pay only a fine. A year in jail would give them a much needed attitude adjustment.

    Heck, this might even give the unemployed a job.

    I am actually for both. AZ had to come up with something because the federal government will not enforce their own laws on immigration. As for CA weed in moderation isn't going to ruin anybody, plus can you think of a better way to put drug dealers out of business than to sell marijuana over the counter?

    They're both good things....you can't have uncontrolled immigration, there is not enough money to pay for the people already living there.....it's not a bottomless pit of money.

    As for not legalizing pot...also a good thing, there are too many potheads around already.... the majority of people in psychiatric hospitals with psychotic problems are pot smokers. Potheads drive while 'stoned'; and put other people's lives in danger. Make it a class A drug.

    Ahhh, read it wrong.

    Feds being upset about the immigration. The democrats are mad about this law because they will loose so many potential voters.

    How is it unconstitutional to NOT let illegal citizens into the country?? Explain that one. Im dying to hear it.
