burp them well after each feeding and offer infant gas drops. Both after each feeding (or with if using bottles).

You can stop and burp them during the feeding to.

  • Burp them. Try carrying your baby upright and patting their back or lay baby down on your knees pat babies back, the best burping method apparently suggested by the nurse at the hospital with me at the time, suggested to sit them down on your knee and pat them so the burp expels.

If that doesn't work, I've heard Gripe Water is great, I had it as an infant apparently, but never used it on my daughter. (she's breastfed, I wasn't)

We used Ovol or Gripe Water.

Gripe Water works right away whereas Ovol takes a while... but both were great.

Gas relief drops, and bicycle their legs.
