Is it true that Staffordshire Bull Terriers grunt?
I have a Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross and when we're playing with a ball or having some training games she gets really excited over it and makes these odd grunting noises, They're really cute and a lot of people have told me that its a Staffordshire Bull Terrier thing? but is that actually true or could it be something medically wrong or something?
Thanks

There is nothing medically wrong with her! It is not just Staffies tho most Bull Breeds grunt but Staffies just do it more often. I have an 11 month old Staffie and he grunts like a pig it is all normal nothing to worry about.

Not specifically an SBT thing, but a "dog with thick neck" thing. I imagine dogs with squashed-in faces like Pugs do it too.
There's nothing wrong with him. It's just how he is built.
My SBT/bully mix grunts and grumbles when he's very content like if he's in the middle of a serious petting session.
