I just did this for a feral kitten from my back yard about a month ago. First exam and vaccinations...
Routine exam: $42.50
Kitten vaccine: Panleuk, Rhino, Calici: $7.50
PUREVAX Feline Rabies Vaccine: $ 15.86
Feline Leukemia/FIV Test: $41.50
Fecal Flotation (Test for worms) : $28.00
Strongid-T 0-30 Lbs: $20.75
Total: $154.11
You might be able to get away without the FIV test and Fecal Flotation for now, if this is the only cat in the house, and you can put this off another week or two.

Vet prices vary based on the cost of living in your area. Small towns will be less than big cities, of course. But you will need at minimum a vet exam and basic vaccines. A vet exam will cost you between $30-70. She will need both FVRPC and rabies vaccines - each one of these will cost you between $12 and $25. No other vaccines are needed for an indoor cat. She should be wormed and flea treated. Some vets will worm without a fecal test, others will not. Worming costs between $10-30. A fecal test is between $20-40. A safe flea treatment will cost you $12-20 depending on which one you choose.
She should be tested for FeLV and FIV, it can be put off, but not if you have another cat. Expect this to set you back between $30-60.
Again, vet prices vary widely. If you live in a small town, you can expect the lower end. Prices go up from there.
