What jobs are similar to a Dr.?

I like to figure out what's wrong with people. I like medicine and how it fixes what's wrong. Are there any jobs, besides a Dr., that fit this description or close to it? Just wondering if there are any jobs that I might not be aware of. Thanks! (Jason, don't write a stupid answer!)

    A Physican Assistant and an Advance Practice Nurse (such as a Nurse Practitioner or Certified Nurse-Midwife) are educated and trained to examine, evaluate, and treat patients.
