The Girl At Work. What Should I Do? How Should I Do It?
Right Guys, A 'relationship' question. I work Fridays and Saturdays in a cafe/bakers, we have our regular customers and then some irregular ones as you might guess. This is about one of the regulars, a girl who works at a shop up the road. We always smile at each other and a few weeks back she tried to start up a conversation when I went into the shop she works at for a drink, but my response was, how do I put this, short and worthless? I think I might have scared her off. We still smile at each other but haven't really had a 'talking opportunity since that. (Well plenty of opportunities but that's to come) I don't want to cause an awkward atmosphere when she comes in to the shop or make it so she feels she can't come, but I really think that I should maybe ask her out somewhere or something, but I have no idea what to say or how to even start a conversation anymore. It's been nearly year since I came out of my last relationship, It was a serious kinda relationship and it has taken me a while to move on and I couldn't cope with being cheated on or anything again but this Girl seems genuinely nice and I want to make the opportunities to get to know her more but if I can't even start a conversation with her anymore where does that leave me? Help please?
1. She works Wednesdays and Saturdays and Occasionally on Fridays.
2. I sometimes work Wednesdays. Like this week and next week.
3. She wears her uniform

Look, first of all, you have to get all the courage you have in your heart and think how much this is important to you and seemly for her... Then get there, say hello and how are you and ask her about the work... Then tell her something nice like "nice shirt"or "nice necklace" girls just love those things then you might say "it looks good on you!"
then tell her how wonderful bakre you have in your shop that she never tried and you'll love to go out with her and to try it together... If you didn't like the idea of your shop then you might try another place... Good luck and have a nice day :)
