she might just be stressed keep the dog out of sight and find her a comfy secluded spot where she can have her kittens if she dooesnt have them soon i strongly suggest taking her to the vet dont be too stressed yourself because animals have a way of telling your emotions,in this case your stress, so try and stay calm and speak soothingly no loud noises including loud tv and radio hope she has them soon take a deep breath and call your vet to get his advice if you cant take her immediately

You got a puppy today and your cat is about to give birth, and you were giving her a bath - is that right?
Did you consider the puppy along with the bath might be so stressful as to cause complications and possible death? Is there any chance you might consider being a responsible owner and take her to a vet?
If you want her to calm down, take the pup back to who ever you got it from.
You are going to be overwhelmed with babies and the puppy needs to be trained. . . getting the puppy won't stop her from delivering, but she will try her best to prevent her kittens from being born into an unsafe environment, which is what your home is.

Have you considered seeking professional help? You can probably just call a vet and ask for their advice without taking her in, although the safest thing for her would be to take her to the vet.
