Orange tabby cat I'd say. Sometimes it's hard to tell the sex of a kitten when they're young like that. If you look at the cat's genitals and there's more of a pooch, it's the male's testicles. If you see flat, it's a female.

If you can't tell, I suggest taking her to the vet and asking them also. They will know definitely. It would also be smart to do that anyways so you can get the cat's shots and make sure she/he doesn't have any illnesses or diseases.

    Good luck, and congratulations!

You don't find kittens of particular breeds wandering the streets. They come from breeders of pedigreed cats and they're sold for $600 or more. Your kitten is simply a "domestic" - no particular breed just like over 97% of the cats on the entire planet.

I can't believe you use flea collars. Thought they went out in the 70's? They DON'T WORK and contain harsh pesticides that can actually KILL a kitten. They're also a horrible choking hazard. Take it off before this kitten ends up dead. And to prevent fleas get it to the vet for some Advantage. You should be taking her/him in anyway to be checked out and then the vet can tell you what sex it is.

Sex I can't tell without looking at it but you are calling it her, she, LOL! The kitten is a red classic tabby of no breed. Very cute and I hope that is not a flea collar on the kitten they are poison and can harm the kitten. Best get flea control from the vet it is safe and they can sex the kitten.

It's an orange tabby. Check between the legs of the cat, a boy will have a lump and a girl will have a second hole.
