Would you buy the 2010 Nissan Rogue now or wait a couple of months for the 2011 model?
I am going to buy the Nissan Rogue. Would you buy the 2010 now or wait a couple of months for the 2011 model?

The new Rogue will be available this weekend.
If there are no significant changes to the model I would buy now and take advantage of the end of model year savings. The new model year almost always provides an opportunity for the factory to raise their prices.
If there are changes to the car then you just have to look at the price difference and determine if the revisions to the car are worth the extra money. If there is no price difference then the decision should be based purely on the model year changes.
18 months from now nobody is going to care if you have a 2010 or a 2011.

What do YOU want to do? Do you need a new vehicle? Get the 2010 then.
Here's the scoop...a 2011 will have NO incentives. You can save a lot of money getting a 2010 compared to a 2011. In the midwest, where I am, we have up to 2500.00 Cash Back, OR 0.0% financing. You will not get that on the 2011.
So the real question is, what do you want to do?
Get the 2010 in my opinion, but whatever.

I would rather buy a slightly older model - you save tonnes of money. Buying a new car in this economy just does not make much sense.
Don't go for an ancient model, but anything after 2006 would do just fine. Car = liability. New Car = More liability, higher dead investment. Hold onto that cash.
Just an opinion.

I would do what mccoyblue said. I don't think there are any significant changes so it depends on the price.
