Is/was prop 8 a good law? Should it remain?

Do you think that prop 8 in fair or constitutional. Should supporters really care if there are gay or lesbian couples. Is support of the law showing bigotry.

Q1: It is not constitutional. In fact, it is extremely unpatriotic and anti-American freedom.

Q2: No, they shouldn't. And they should move to Saudi Arabia, Syria or another modern theocracy where they can find many of their sick perspectives are aggressively enforced by the local laws, if freedom bothers them so much.

    Q3: Yes, it does.

A panel of 3 judges are trying to figure that out. Whatever they say in the long run is fine with me. I did have a problem when just one judge, a gay judge tried to overturn it. Now matter how good of a judge he is, he certainly has a bias. Like I said if the 3 panel judges overturn it, I'm fine with that. For myself because I do not have a law degree, I really don't know if it is constitutional or not.
