Too much fibre in her diet, are you using a high quality food? Wet or dry? Wet foods consist of around 80% water. Cheaper dry foods tend to be made up of high wheat/grain contents rather than meat. Try a high protein food to get her working through properly again. Swap food gradually over 7-10 days so you don't upset her belly further

Could be constipation. Try feeding your cat more wet food, and see if that helps.
