What is this in my stool, not really sure?

I really don't want to ask this but somebody out there might have an answer. I have always had this strange issue where i would have this sudden urge to make a bowl movement and i would get really horrible cramps and my stool was always and STILL sometimes changes from look to shape to smell.....I have also noticed strange things in my stool as well, But today after i went, There were these strange things floating around it, Kind of looked like hay, as in what some animals eat but it was a red like color and they were about 5 to 6 inches long give or take. I would be very greatful to all who answers this thanks.
