having a really bad day.....?

Just everything deciding to go wrong at the same time..

any tips on how to make myself feel better tonight?

    Treat yourself to something. Have some alone time with you.

    Try not to think about it and to stay away from possible things that may cause you stress and/or frustration.

    Think three things you really enjoy and yet you don't do as often as you'd like and do them. Try ordering a pizza, eating ice cream... Play a video game, read a book, or just go to sleep early. Or maybe go out and watch a movie or eat something? Or maybe listen to music...

    Take a long walk. Clear your mind and notice the beauty around you.

    Work out. Exercise releases endorphins that make you feel better.

    a long warm bath with a glass of wine and candles lit always calms me down when things get out of hand.

    Meditation is another good strategy to cope as well.

    Listen to Bob Marlie's song "Be Happy" Or some other music you realy like.
