How can i lose weight? I'm 15.?
I'm 5,4" and 130 pounds. I workout with 5 pound dumbbells, do reverse and normal crunches every day. During the summer i would go for a walk every other day and i used to go biking. My goal is to lose 10 pounds. I know i have to eat healthy, I'm gonna cut down on junk food and eat smaller portions. I will start running every other day too with my brother because he is also trying to lose weight. I pack a snack and a lunch everyday, normally a sandwich with whole wheat bread .Then after school i eat again. What else should i do to try and lose 10 pounds?
