Depends. Did you also suffer excessive toe jam from wearing the alleged socks? You might have a case then.

I'm sorry to hear of your loss. No doubt the pain is mental as well as physical and obviously quite debilitating!

You will probably need to schedule an exam with the Workman's Comp Doc. Make sure not to sign any forms that suggest that you have shaved your ankles or singed the ankle hairs while sky diving, as that will affect your claim!

I had a friend who suffered with AHL for years, but is doing much better now in rehab.

You can't just go for workman's comp time! You're going to need ankle hair plugs, and until those take, an ankle hair wig. You've got to consider quality of life issues!

Are you seriously considering using workman's comp because you lost your ankle hair? That's just stupid.

Seriously? To get worker's comp involved in ankle hair loss is just stupid. Are you lazy and just want to be paid to be out of work? I mean, Jesus Christ, it's hair!!

Are you kidding? Well, what is your age? This may not be so funny. Loss of

lower leg hair can be a sign of poor circulation. Why you would have poor circulation

I don't know. Are you a smoker? Do you have any other problems such as aching

    in your legs.

Hair loss affects both men and women. Here are some natural remedies that can help boost hair growth: https://tinyurl.im/aH7j9 While genetics plays a role, there are other factors, including: hormonal imbalances, an underactive thyroid gland, nutrient deficiencies and insufficient scalp circulation.

I realized immediately the seriousness of your situation so I called my sister who has been a workers comp adjuster for years.

She said that most likely you will be recommended for & placed on light duty that will not strain your hairless ankles further.

I hope this is not a disappointment.

    LOL!

    Many Blessings!

That might require an ADA accommodation. I'd think that a buxom wench in a nurse costume to sit under your desk and suck on your toes should be allowable.
