Bad rib pains after game of football (soccer)?
While playing football, a player came up next to me to header the ball. Unfortunately for me, the player kneed me in the ribs with " a lot" of force. At the time it didn't hurt, but now the pain is agonizing. When I sneeze, it's like I'm being shot in the ribs. And I can't bend down without discomfort. Please help as I love football.

You may have incurred a fracture or bruised rib(s). You do need to see a doctor for an exam and appropriate diagnostic testing.

See a doctor 1st! Then take a hot bath and see if that works! But Defiantly see a doctor ASAP!
