Excess fluid late in pregnancy?
I had an ultrasound last week at 37 weeks 5 days, and was told i have a lot of fluid and a large baby...which is why i am measuring large. They baby looked fine, but they wanted another ultrasound this week (which i had yesterday) and my fluid level is still high (37)....I have been reading about it online and it's worrying me!!!! Did anyone have this happen to them and how did everything turn out? Was the baby healthy? How was the labor/delivery?
Thank you!

i had high fluid levels for all 3 of my babies and 2 of which were 9lb. my smallest was 7lb12oz.
all my babies were born fine and healthy. as long as they are monitoring you and they are not worried then relax. i know its hard but worrying will not do you any good.

i had alot of fluid all the way through my pregnancy. and they told me i would give birth at about 30 weeks and my baby would be small. i gave birth 5 days late and he was a healthy boy at 7pounds.
the only problem i had after he was born that he had alot of mucus and i was at the A&E 3 times in 1 week with him choking on it. if this ever happens then u have to hold the baby face down and pat ther back and hook your little finger into their mouth 2 get it out.
