Yes, the HP should have no trouble supporting that card, although the PCIe slot on the motherboard is PCIex16 and the card is PCIe 2.0x16, but they are cross-compatible, so the only detriment would be that you won't get the most out of the card. As for running Crysis, I don't think you'll have any trouble.
