Google Watters & Watters; they're one of the the top-of-the-line go-to houses for bridesmaid and bridal gowns, they have tons of patterns and you can pick your fabric and color.  They'll certainly have something that looks like this, and there's sure to be a W&W retailer in your area that can knock it up for you.
