PLEASE HELP! my Cat and Kittens are not eating from 7 days.?

My 14 months old Snow Tiger Siamese (pregnant) and her 2.5 months old kittens suddenly stop eating last Friday. Now its almost one week and they are eating very little or you can say that they are simply not eating at all. They also have loose motions and one also had vomiting 2 days ago.

I took them to veterinary clinic and they said its just cause of the weather change as winter season just started. But I am not satisfied with this statement, they become too weak and now they always keep sleeping of sitting at one place. Otherwise they were always full of energy.

In Pakistan, we do not have cat specialists. Please advise, I am really very worried about my cat and kittens. Here is a video of when they were 2 months old:

Update:

It seems they they want to eat, but they are not able to. They spend 30 minutes with a small piece of chicken, still ending up with having only 10% of it.

You are right that this is very worrying. If there is no vet to help you, then you can try supportive care at home. Get some turkey or chicken baby food—the kind that's all blended up so it's almost liquid. If you can, get a syringe. You can feed them through the syringe if they won't eat for themselves. If you can't find a syringe, you can try to get them to lick the food off your finger or spoon it into their mouths. Keep offering them really smelly food in case they are ready to feed themselves again. Keep looking for a second opinion. They could have a severe case of intestinal parasites, which can be cured with a dewormer. Intestinal parasites can cause loose stools and diarrhea, vomiting, weakness, refusal to eat, etc, and are extremely common. They can be very damaging to young animals. Hopefully it's not something harder to treat, like parvovirus/panleukopenia.

If they are trying to eat but can't, definitely offer them some wet food. It could be easier for them.

Do you have another veterinary clinic? I would get a second opinion, even if it's not a specialist. That's not really acceptable. If they're not eating at all I would start forcing some food until you get help from a vet. You can mix meat baby food (no onions) with water and feed it with an oral syringe. You could also try pate/loaf canned food mixed with water in a syringe. If they don't eat anything for more than 2 days they are at risk of liver disease. If they are vomiting you can offer unflavored Pedialyte to help keep them from getting dehydrated. It does sound like it might be a stomach bug since all are affected. Good luck!

You should go to your vet again and ask them if they have any medication to increase their appetite. Both my cats just recently got some sort of bacterial tummy virus and the vet had to give me appetite stimulus pills because they didn't want to eat. It took about 1 pill each for about 2-3 days to have them eat without the pills. Maybe try giving them easier to digest food like canned food? I hope they eat soon! ^-^
