1992 Jeep Cherokee, w/missing head?

I own this vehicle, but someone wants to buy it from me. It is even a 4x4. The engine is in great condition, just that the only problem is that it is missing a head and its gasket. The body is in good condition too, and it's a four-door. And it also has a towing hitch.

How much is this vehicle worth?

Update:

My uncle wants to buy it...yes, it overheated, blown the head gasket. Everything else in that engine was looked over, with heavy scrutiny. The engine is fine...pistons, crank case, cylinder block. We are a family of auto-mechanics...but I have no idea what to sell this jeep as is...I want to be reasonable.

All he needs, is to purchase another head w/gasket...and that it's it!

Update 2:

Jeep engines are real robust...same company that makes Mercedes-Benz built them..Daimler AG.

Update 3:

My uncle has the money to do the repairs, I don't. Plus I am out-of-state. I can't do anything when I am unavailable.

Update 4:

Like I said...there is no other problems! Quit trying to circumvent the question...I gave enough details as it is. There is nothing absolutely wrong with the Jeep, besides it missing a head.

I am asking what is the selling price as the Jeep sits....(people) let me worry about the rest, the only concern I have is the selling price with a good engine that is missing a head. Quit taking me for a fool please!

Update 5:

The engine has no cracks...excellent condition

The engine has nothing broken...

The engine is fine, only the head...

The engine is well OK...the head is the only problem!!!

Well he can get a head for about $50 at a junk yard and install it himself. Or he could just buy one of the many other Jeeps that are already in drivable condition for under $500. My son just bought two really nice Cherokees for under $400 each. They run and drive fine.

I would be suspicious of an engine that's "in great cond" and has parts missing.........

WHY are parts missing? did it overheat? need a valve job? HMMMMMMMM.........

It's not really worth a lot in this shape..

GEEZE, if you're a bunch of mechanics, you're not only able to fix it quickly and cheaply, but you are aware that it will bring a LOT more money FIXED.

(I'm STILL suspicious) the block could be cracked.......

P.S. I already answered your question. IT AINT WORTH SQUAT "as is" I wouldn't give you more than 250. dollars
