Is man space mission planned to Europa ?
i heard lot about Europa Which Orbiting Jupiter which contain Water, i heard Europa orbits Jupiter within 3 to 4 hours so it is possible for man in high gravity water ocean Europa. Is there any plan about Europa Mission in future? the planet(Europa) which called as moon of Jupiter is nearest water planet to earth. so i expect may be Europa target for research

Perhaps an unmanned mission ... Jupiter's radiation is extreme, so a manned mission would be difficult. But the ocean under the ice is quite interesting, especially considering the gravitational forces on Europa and the idea of sea bottom heat generation (and potentially life of some sort).

Yes (and no)
There have been a couple of proposals to go to the Jovian moons but budgets cuts have seen them canceled.
At the moment there is a tentative plan for a launch in 2020. But don't get your hopes up just yet.
The proposed exploration flight is called Europa Jupiter System Mission (EJSM) will be a joint NASA/ESA (European Space Agency) proposal for exploration of Jupiter's moons.
I for one hope that this mission does get a green light.
Europa is so cold that its surface is perpetually solid ice (water ice).
Its surface temperature is as low as 50 degrees Kelvin.
A hypothesis that liquid water may exist underground is unproven. The existence of life in such water is at best a very tenuous one. Before getting too hopeful about life there, it would be better to just wait until
1) actual water is confirmed to exist.
2) a chemical examination of such is carried out.
That is not very likely to happen in this current century.

Scientists anticipate that in view that existence as all of us know it demands liquid water, then the superb place to locate it relatively is yet another planet or moon with liquid water. Mars is particularly chilly and extremely dry, yet there may be liquid water under the exterior. It additionally looks there have been important quantities of liquid water on mars countless billion years in the past, so perhaps there may be microscopic fossils. Europa has a thick ice crust over a mile thick. whether it reviews the gravitational forces of Jupiter and the different moons. those might create sufficient warmth by using deformation capability to allow liquid water to exist under the ice sheet. it may even enable geothermal geysers to type. in the international, those help finished communities of animals with out image voltaic capability in any respect. Titan is like earth, in basic terms thousands of levels less warm. Liquid methane has replaced liquid water. There are streams, lakes or perhaps an ocean. whether any water modern-day is powerful ice. in my view, the "area race" became extra approximately springing up missile transport structures than it became approximately colonizing area. there have been no manned missions to the moon because of the fact the give way of the Soviet union. We the two had nuclear weapons, however the Soviets had enhanced rocket technologies. The Apollo missions have been basically the way usa perfected its equipment of mass destruction weapons. it could have been basically as common to place warheads on the saturn V rockets as astronauts.

there might be a robotic probe sometime next decade, but unless results from that are earth-shakingly interesting, a manned mission will be a very long way off.
