Can you shrink your stomach If you eat less?

Is it true or just a myth? That when you eat less your stomach is going to get smaller with time?

Yes of course you can shrink your stomach if you eat less. But in my opinion I think it's not a good idea. Because there's many things that can happen if you do start to eat less. Well first thing is that you could loose lots of weight and you won't look as appealing. Another thing is that, if you don't eat as much you will be exhausted and you won't be able to do as much stuff as you could if you did eat, this is because you won't have energy. So those are the big side effects, but over all, yes you can shrink your stomach if you eat less.

Sometimes women who have had a c-section to give birth cannot lose the roll around their middle without surgery. Other than that I think the answer is, yes, of course. Watch calories and cut out junk food. Some men will go on decent diets but insist on continuing to drink too much beer. They need to quit or seriously cut down on the booze.

Not exactly. To sorta "shrink" your stomach or be healthy, eat a little less (around 2000 calories) and exercise more.
