What is the reason for the Dream Act?
According to all of those people who argued to keep illegals here the illegals are only here to do the jobs no American wants to do.
If this is true why would an illegal need a college education? Picking lettuce doesn't require one so they must want jobs we will do.
There is no shortage of people signing up for the military, so we don't have a problem with Americans not doing that work so they must be taking jobs Americans would do.
The math of the liberal argument doesnt add up
My info is 1st hand knowledge, maybe you should update yours or cut out the middleman. Every male in my family has served in the military or waiting to go ( the younger ones) most in the Marine Corps (As I did before being wounded a 3rd time) my family that joined are awaiting bootcamp because of amount of people joining. they are waiting up to a year to go because slots are too full.
So their solution to this is to reward the kids of criminals? should we allow bank robbers kids to keep the money their parents stole? I mean they are both profiting off the illegal activity of their parents.

It is a crooked democrat way of blanket amnesty for all illegals, and the Dream Act needs to be voted down, and Harry Reid, Pelosi and obama need to be jailed for Treason against USA citizens for this BS, they are trying to pull off.

Because a certain political party (democrats) needed more voters.
If the Mexicans want laws to change for them, then they need to do so in Mexico where they are legal residents.
But you're absolutely right about them wanting a FREE college education when it isn't required as farm workers or maids at a hotel.

The Dream Act is just a way to allow immigrants who were BROUGHT here as very young children and who have grown up as Americans (yet are technically still illegal) a pathway to legal residency & citizenship in return for completing college or serving in the US Military....
If you sincerely believe "there is no shortage of people signing up for the military" then I cannot even IMAGINE where you get your "news", but it could use some fixin'!

I agree with you. My thoughts on the Dream Act...it gives the Democrats another population to depend on for future votes.
