  • If it was proven that Obama wasn't legally eligible to be POTUS then what?

I am not looking for an argument on if he is or not, just legally what would happen, would all the things he signed be revoked or would they be allowed to stand, would Biden be allowed to step in or would he be discounted because of Obama winning the election under fraud, would McCain and Palin win by defualt and be handed the presidency? Like I said no sides on this I think it would be interesting to know how this would be handled if it ever happened, It would differ from anything else because it would void his election and not just be an impeachment or death like what has happened before.

  • Computer crash, is it worth having it looked at?

Ok I clicked on a friends facebook link to a story and my computer just went nuts and shut down. now it wont even boot up it just says "Hard Disk Error" Is this something that is possible to get fixed or would I be wasting my money to get it looked at.

I would like to keep the computer as it is a nice one and has info on it I want and didnt back up, but I dont want to throw money in the trash either. With this kind of problem is it something that can be fixed or would i be better just buying a new one?

  • What is the reason for the Dream Act?

According to all of those people who argued to keep illegals here the illegals are only here to do the jobs no American wants to do.

If this is true why would an illegal need a college education? Picking lettuce doesn't require one so they must want jobs we will do.

There is no shortage of people signing up for the military, so we don't have a problem with Americans not doing that work so they must be taking jobs Americans would do.

  • Should we treat our elected like we do homeless people?

    Ok here is my thinking/idea.

When we see a person begging on the street asking for money what is the 1st thought that goes through our head if we are honest? I know most think "if I give him money he will spend it on booze" some think to give them actual food rather than money so they know their contribution isn't wasted.

So what if we did the same with those in both houses and the White House? Instead of giving them our tax money that they can go spend on "booze" let them present ideas and if we like them we buy the stuff for it.

I know this isn't practical but there are similarities and it would make more sense than letting them waste our tax dollars and then tell us how they need to tax people who make too much money to pay for their spending. Just like the bum is still hungry after buying booze, DC is still hungry after buying pork

What happens when the TSA has a ton of non-convicted kiddy diddlers who see the new policy as a way to get paid to fondle little kids?

  • What do you get for an answer and how did you get it Calculus?

OK the first question is y'=(3-x^2)(x^3-x+2)

    (a) Find Y' (a) by applying the product rule (I got this right -5x^4+12x^2-4x-3) the next part I don't get

    (b) By multiplying the factors to produce the sum of simpler terms to differentiate

y'=? (don't know if you can see but those are y primes)

  • Did I get the right answer to this problem?

    The question is two parts

    A. Find the slope of the line that passes through these two points (7,2) (9.-1)

    B. Find the equation of the line that passes through those two points.

    I got M= -3/2 for A

    and got Y=-3/2x+17/2 for B

  • I support this idea how about you?

Ok a lot of people say that Dems are wanting amnesty for illegals because they want their votes. Dems say they want it because they care.

I have a solution. Pass a law that says anyone caught illegally in the US looses their right to vote for life if and when they become a US citizen.

Do you think that would cause Dem's to loose their concern for these poor people just wanting a better life? I think it will show their true motive which is to gain voters.

  • Is it OK to do this on ebay?

I am selling an item via a regular auction on Ebay and a buyer sent me a message saying he needed the item ASAP and my auction goes for three more days, he asked me to put a buy now option on the item if we could agree on the price so he could buy now and get the item earlier. I know what I want for the item and would be ok with it if he gave me my price I want I just don't want to violate the rules

  • Should Biden hand in his resignation?

McCrystal handed in his because he offended and disrespected people higher in the chain of command, so as Obama put it "If he stayed it would under-mind the civilian control of the military that is so crucial" I agree with Obama on that, but Biden offended someone higher in his chain of command! The average citizen who is his boss and if he talks to people like that and stays it destroys the "For the people" portion of the people we elect. He needs to go

  • Why is it OK to racially profile whites, but not Mexicans?

Everyone is up in arms about this AZ law saying it will result in racial profiling and how that is unfair to Latinos, but the law states the officer must already have a lawful contact with the person before they can ask about their immigration status (which is better than Federal law where they can just stop and ask) so the fear of the law having Mexicans pulled out of line while getting ice cream is unfounded.

When there is a serial killer the FBI goes to their profile and their search for the killer is targeted to a white male who is between the age of 18 and 35. You don't hear many whites crying foul over that even though it is most definitely racial profiling. Why? because we are the most likely people to do it. even when it turned up two black men in the DC sniper case, there wasn't much fuss made over the profile. We are the likely suspect I want them looking for the most possible person.

Mexicans are the large majority of illegals in the US so when they concentrate their efforts I want them concentrating their efforts on the most likely violators.

  • Any info about building house out of shipping containers?

I was thinking of using these shipping containers for building a house by welding several together and stacking levels.

What are the draw back, building challenges and anything else that might be helpful. I own a conventional house outright now and was thinking of buying about 80 acres to put this on as second home.

ONLY ANSWER IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCED or if you have building background, I don't want an uniformed opinion i need real + & -'s for this idea so I can reason it out

  • Why is Obama looking into suing AZ over their new law?

When the AZ law is much less intrusive.

The AZ law requires that the police have a reasonable suspicion before stopping or questioning where as federal law upheld by an unanimous decision states that their has to be no reasonable suspicion or legal interaction between the suspect and Federal LEO to question a person about their immigration status.

Why isn't he looking into suing himself for the federal law in place?

The Supreme Court has already ruled that, under federal law, cops can pull you over for no reason and demand to see your immigration papers. Under Arizona's law, they need reasonable suspicion."
