I randomly get orgasms when I don't even have an erection, I also have discharge in my urine, wtf?

I'm 16 and like in the middle of class my heart rate will go up and i'll breathe heavily, my penis will have this pumping feeling but nothing comes out i just feel like i have to piss badly.This feels just like an orgasm except it will randomly happen on its own without me even having an erection. And when i urinate sometimes its cloudy like there's semen in it. I also have not masturbated in at least 2 weeks so i don't know whats wrong with me. Also I got checked and i don't have a UTI or any STDs so what should i do to stop pissing *** and getting random orgasms?

Update:

It sounds cool but its an extremely intense orgasm, like being on a roller-coaster when your high but you also feel the sudden urge to piss badly and you also can't concentrate at all. So considering it only happens at school(besides pissing semen- that always happens) it sucks.

BLACK- No, way to assume I'm 12. This happens without control, I barely even think of sex anymore since i don't masturbate.

    The problem stems from your being 16 and not relieving yourself. Your hormones are going to be high, and your body will find an outlet if you won't take care of it yourself. That's nature's way. If you want to stop random orgasms in class, you will need to provide another outlet. That will also take care of the retrograde ejaculate in your urine.

    I think you need a second opinion. 16 is a time of crazy hormones so the throbbing and stuff could happen but the cloudy could be something. If you were my kid, Id take you to another doctor for a second opinion just to make sure. AND, well dont be shy to tell your parent that theres something happening....
