HOw can I calculate calories easily through out my busy day?

I eat fairly well, and run everyday however as I have a hectic life and eat out on business a lot I find it hard to calculate the calories I consume therefore making it harder to work out if I over stepped my mark. Is there a easy way to work out calories per meal? general rule of thumb?

    You know SK it sounds like you have a pretty good thing going.

    How about we don't worry about calories and focus more on what types of foods you are eating.

    The finite law of weight loss is you have to burn 3500 more calories than you eat to lose a pound of weight.

    Search foods that increase metabolism and focus on eating those. Either as a main course or a snack.

    A healthy diet with exercise can keep muscles burning calories for up to 15 hours after exercise!

    Focus on what you eat, not necessarily calories.

    If you are willing to pay a little, you might want to try CalorieKing.com. I use it, and it makes it very easy to track calories used and consumed. Otherwise, I have found it works best to work out what I plan to eat ahead of time, and then pack my lunch with everything pre-measured so I can stick to that. Good luck!
