Several things:
1. Post notices in your neighbourhood describing the kitten
2. Door knock in the immediate vicinity to see whether anyone has lost a cat
3. Contact local vets to do the same thing. The kitten could be microchipped with the owners information.
4. Your local radio station may broadcast a Lost & Found segment on air - contact them
5. Contact the RSPCA for advice
6. Feed it/comfort it.
7. Give it to a good home if nobody claims it after a week or two or keep it yourself. The vet/RSPCA can help you achieve this.

id say let it back outside , its owners will be looking for it , they cant be too far away
dont take it to the RSPCA , they will either kill it , or kill another cat to make space for it
if it doesnt leave your house , either keep it if you want it , or put posters up
as soon as you start feeding it and helping it out , its your responcibility , the RSPCA will tell you that if you take it there
dont keep it in a cage , feed it so it stays close if you think its lost , but give it chance to explore
ahahahhaa my dog is watching tv :L
shes sucha retard
there was a gazelle thing running away from a lion and she was staring at the screen
then there was a millipede and shes so interested
usually she only watches when theres dogs barking on tv lmao

She in simple terms has got here upon a clean place the place she is delicate. a lot of cats will sit down on the window sill and stare out a protracted time. She in simple terms likes the basement. there could be a fly or moth, some thing like that who's captivating her which you at the instant are not seeing. as long as she is eating and happy, i does not concern approximately it.

Give the cat some water, cat food and please, no milk! If it's a kitten, it could have belonged to someone or is a stray. Put up some found signs or call the ASPCA. Owners may be looking for him/her at the pound, so make sure you have enough flyers to post there.
You may also want to post a picture and description of the cat on Craigslist.

Take care of it for a while. Put an ad in the local news paper and ask around. You can even put flyers up at the vet and things like that. If no one claims it, keep it or give it to a good home.

Put a FOUND sign up on every corner.
If it's real problem...take it to the pound.
But I would just count that as animal cruelty.

If you put the kitten in ur cage or inside your house the ospca will make you keep it

Put some "Found" signs up. If he/she has an owner, he/she probably live close-by and will see them. But If you get no feedback from the signs, keep em'. :)
