    Yes, Federal and Winchester both load steel for the .410.

    I have NOT seen steel for 410, but I have seen copper/copper coated. Another type of shot I've heard is available is Bismuth.

    Yes. Look at ableammo.com. Going to become more and more common as clubs start prohibiting the use of lead shot to comply with environmental regulations.
